Call the Resort Reservation Office at (+1) 877-436-1797 and ask for the University of Pittsburgh Room Block for May 3-7, 2020.

• Click the button “Click Here to Book Now”

• Choose the number of Adults in the Room and your arrival and departure dates and then click “Apply”

• Choose your Room Type and click “Book Now”

• Click “Continue as a new guest”

• Then enter your Contact and Payment Information.  There is also a Comments and Requests Section on this page.  This is where the additional Guests Name should be added.

For the attendees that are Double Occupancy, we are able to take individual payments from each guest by phone only  (each guest in the room call individually to make their own payment).  However, we do need to know the names of the roommates when the first attendee calls in.  For example, if Joe Smith is rooming with Jim Brown when Joe calls in to make the Reservation, he will need to let the Reservations Agent know he wants to make a Reservation and he will be rooming with Jim who will be calling in separately to pay for his other half of the room.
